RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Approved returns may qualify for:
• Store credit only
OR
• Product exchange
Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Hair must be unused and uninstalled
• Bundles must remain sealed
• Lace must not be cut
• Original packaging, tags, and ties must remain intact
• Product must have no odor, makeup, styling, or alterations
Any item returned that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
